If I offer you 40% of a 20Ib box of your favourite Luxury Chocolates
you would be in heaven.
If I offered you the whole 20Ib Box
The chances are, that you would be feeling Sick.
THE BIG ISSUE IS:
If Rural Arisings ( the landscapers) & Belhus Land Ltd ( who own the land) and are involved in this Landfill/Country Park Project only give you 40% of the information, WHICH IS ALL THEY HAVE DONE
The chances are you could end up being even more sick or even Dead!
These people are out to make Money, not to give this land out of the kindness of their own heart!
They Cannot Sell it. They cannot build on it, but they can charge Demolition Company's and House Builders to Dump on it.
They will make millions OF £'S on it,
That is why they are giving it to the People at the end product
and
The Essex Wildlife Trust to Manage it
as a Country Park.
BECAUSE THEN, THEY CAN UNLOAD THE RESPONSIBILITY OF IT, AS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY MORE MEGA-BUCKS FROM THIS LAND.
There are leaflets being distributed with information taken from their own documents. The Contents are not rumours, but fact taken from documents aquired from their own sources.

this is so true and im going to stop them our campaign is getting more members and i will find away thing is every time i speak to any one with complaints they dont seem to respond theres alot of things with this development hidden, and there getting away with it every complaint gets a blind eye
